Digital Products (Printables)
Instant download items are delivered electronically and no physical item will be shipped. Purchases of digital products are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature. You are granted a personal use license only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of digital files is prohibited.


Physical Products (Printed Posters & Goods)
Orders are processed and shipped via our print partners. Please allow the stated processing and shipping times at checkout. Prices include applicable taxes where required.

Your files are available immediately after purchase via a download link. No shipping is required.


Physical Products

  • Processing time: Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed and prepared.

  • Shipping time: Varies by location. Average delivery is 5–10 business days (longer for international).

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

  • Customs & duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Digital Products
As digital downloads are instantly accessible, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If you experience an issue with your file (e.g., corrupted, wrong file delivered), please contact us within 7 days and we’ll provide a corrected file.


Physical Products
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

To request a return/exchange, email us with your order number and photos of the issue. Returns are not accepted for “change of mind” once a product is printed and shipped.
